Commercial development is a driver of economic development in this State and an employment generator for our growing population. It is also tightly regulated often with requirements at both State and local government level.  Commercial Development comprises a broad sweep of activities from Individual office buildings, to shopping centres as well as large format retailing and boutique mixed use and special developments.

Allerding & Associates has experience in all of the above sectors and have been involved at various levels in the achievement of planning approvals associated with significant commercial development projects. These include the first national flagship Super GP Clinic, redevelopment of the Midland Military Markets, approvals to numerous bulky goods outlets and home to national retail providers such as JB Hi Fi, Bose, Toys R Us, Howards Storage World and Officeworks. We have also represented national fast food organisations such as KFC in achieving planning approvals for their facilities.

Complementing our experience and delivery of some of the state’s most interesting commercial developments, and being involved in many shopping centre developments and refurbishments, Allerding & Associates has also been involved in assisting Peer organisations in policy development and liaison at the State and Local Government level to ensure that planning systems keep pace with the rapid evolution of our changing commercial and retail dynamic.
