TECHNOLOGY AND INFRASTRUCTURE

To accommodate Western Australia’s rapidly growing population, the necessary infrastructure must be maintained and expanded.  This ranges from our energy pipeline networks to electricity supply, effluent disposal and water supply.  It also involves our national and international telecommunications’ networks.

Allerding & Associates has experience in all of the above sectors and have been responsible for achieving planning approvals associated with some our State’s most significant infrastructure projects. This includes the Southern Seawater Desalination Plant, Kemerton Power Station, the East Rockingham Wastewater Treatment Plant Site and the Perth International Telecommunications Centre expansions.

Complementing our experience and delivery of some of the State’s most complex industrial developments, Allerding & Associates recognises that for Western Australia to prosper, it is necessary to ensure these facilities are delivered in an efficient and well planned manner.  The nature of such projects involves a deep understanding of WA’s statutory planning approvals’ system and often involves co-ordination of multidisciplinary approval frameworks at all levels of Commonwealth, State and local government.  Allerding & Associates is proud to have been part of these projects which provide significant contributions to the advancement of our State’s development.
